Can a minor attend the concerts during Juwenalia Krakoskie?

People under 16 years of age may participate in Juwenalia Krakowskie only under the supervision of their legal guardian, by purchasing a regular ticket. On the other hand, young people aged 16 to 18 may enter the concert zones after presenting written consent from their legal guardian, also by purchasing a regular ticket. Consents are available in the footer of our website in the Documents tab.

On what basis can I purchase a student ticket?

A valid student ID, doctoral ID, or ISIC (international) card is required to purchase a student ticket for all zones.

Does the student ID of students from outside Krakow entitle them to purchase a student ticket?

Yes. Both students from Krakow-based universities and those from outside Krakow can buy student tickets, provided they have a valid student or doctoral ID.

If I have a one-day ticket for a particular zone, can I leave the zone during the event and then re-enter?

That is not possible. A one-day ticket for a selected zone allows only a single entry during the entire event. If a participant with a one-day ticket leaves the zone during the event, they will not be allowed to re-enter.

Does the one-day ticket grant me access to all zones on a given day?

A one-day ticket only grants access to the specific zone for which it was purchased.

Paper tickets will be available in student clubs. Current information about sales points and hours can be found on the Juwenalia Krakoskie fan page and the concert events on Facebook. Additionally, tickets will be available on the day of the event at the gates from the time the zone opens.

Can I buy a ticket at the gates on the day of the concerts?

Yes, you will be able to buy a ticket at the gates on the day of the concert, provided that there is no sold-out concert announced, from the time the gates open. There will be a limited number of tickets, so we suggest buying a ticket at least one day before the event.

Yes! You don't have to have a physical Student ID card with you - we encourage you to use the mObwatel and mLegitymacja Studencka applications. Just show it when entering the festival area.

I purchased a ticket online and I don't have it in the mobile app. Why?

If you recently purchased a ticket and do not see it in the mobile app, verify that the email address you provided when purchasing the ticket online matches the one you use in the app. Additionally, tickets appear in the app after about 30 minutes of purchase. If you still do not see your tickets, please contact us.

If the pool of online tickets for a given concert is sold out or you wish to purchase a paper ticket, use the stationary ticket sales. Additionally, it will also be possible to purchase a paper ticket on the day of the concert, but it will be a very limited pool, so we recommend purchasing a ticket at least one day before the event.
